Online-first, UK office hours.
BuildSpain is run remotely between the UK and Spain. We don't have a walk-in office — everything happens online, by email, and inside the platform's own messaging.
Our working hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 UK time. Messages outside those hours still get a reply, just on the next working day.
If something is urgent — a builder is unreachable mid-project, a payment hasn't cleared, a profile is showing wrong information — email us directly at info@buildinspain.com and we'll prioritise it.
